Implus Corporation, a leader in athletic and outdoor accessories, has named Michael Polk as its
Interim Chief Executive Officer. This strategic leadership transition follows
the departure of Seth Richards and Todd Vore, who have left the company to
pursue new endeavors.
Michael Polk assumes his role with a wealth of experience, having
previously served as the President and CEO of Newell Brands. His extensive
background in consumer products, honed through key positions at industry giants
such as Unilever, Kraft, and The Procter & Gamble Company, equips him to
steer Implus towards continued growth.
Chairman of the Implus Board, Dave Bordeau, expressed confidence in Polk’s appointment,
highlighting his proven track record and insights into consumer markets. “Michael Polk brings an invaluable perspective to Implus as we aim to expand our market
presence and enhance our product offerings,” Bordeau stated.
Polk, who also holds advisory and board roles with Berkshire Partners and Colgate-Palmolive,
is enthusiastic about joining Implus. With a focus on developing Implus’
diverse brand portfolio, he aims to strengthen the company’s position in over
70 countries worldwide. Visit this page on
